Why I built SimpleMark
I used to work in enterprise IT, configuring software systems for big companies. When I went out on my own as a designer and developer, I thought managing my business would be simple.
It was not.
I found myself jumping between ClickUp for projects, Notion for docs, QuickBooks for invoices, and spreadsheets for client details. I was constantly copy-pasting client names, rates, and project details from one screen to another. I spent hours acting as the human integration layer between my apps instead of doing actual work.
So in May 2025, I quit my job, moved back in with my parents to save money, and built SimpleMark. I built it to solve my own daily headaches and give independent business owners a single, connected space that respects their time.

That same client work even feeds marketing data into Presence to power your content engine, ensuring you never have to enter the same piece of information twice.

Connected from day one
The structure is built for you. You do not need to spend a weekend connecting third-party tools or setting up custom integrations.
One simple price
$29 a month for all five modules. No hidden tiers, no add-ons, and no per-seat surprises.
Your data is yours
Export your information whenever you want in standard formats. If you close your account, I delete your data within 30 days.
No training AI on your business
SimpleMark calculates insights in-house from your own data. Your client strategies and revenue numbers stay in your account and go nowhere else.
Built-in balance
It tracks your workload capacity so you do not burn out, and respects your non-working time, weekends, and boundaries.
